Aberdeen — 29 June 2019
Aberdeen’s Armed Forces Day Parade
Watch the impressive parade of serving military men and women, veteran associations, cadet, youth organisations and vintage military vehicles led by a massed pipes and drums band march down Union Street from Albyn Place, finishing at the Castlegate.
The parade is a celebration of the history and proud record of the armed forces and allows the people of Aberdeen to show their respect for the role they play within our society.
If you are connected to the armed forces (serving personnel, veteran, cadet, TA or a war widow) and would like to become involved in our armed forces day please contact us.
Due to the road closures in place to accommodate the parade please plan your journey in advance. Some bus services will be diverted from the parade route and city centre car parks will be open as normal but you may need to consider the route you take.
