Armed Forces Day is marked in Nottinghamshire with a free concert and family fun day in Bridgford Park, West Bridgford. Thousands turn out annually to enjoy a patriotic programme of live music throughout the day from local bands and choirs , culminating in a a hugely popular last night of the proms style picnic concert. The event also features lots of great Armed Forces educational stalls and attractions and free sports activities from local clubs.
