Wetwheels Hamble provides the opportunity for disabled people including those in wheelchairs and with profound disabilities to get afloat on the Solent and to experience the thrill of being at sea on a high powered motorboat. We also give the opportunity for participants to drive the boat at speed. As part of Armed Forced Day we want to give disabled veterans (physical/mental health/dementia) and there families the opportunity to get afloat to build new memories or re-engage with old ones.
We wish to take veterans onto the Solent on our Full Experience trips and hope to get 40 people afloat. While there is not a event website our main site gives details of the experience www.wetwheelshamble.co.uk
