Battersea Park Dog Show and Armed Forces Day

Battersea Park Dog Show is a fun filled day of competitive canine classes and activities in support of Armed Forces Day.
Your furry friend can partake in a variety of pedigree and novelty classes such as best sporting dog, best rescue dog, best trick, which is sponsored by the Friends of Battersea Park, and best marching dog, supported by the Special Armed Forces.
Entry to the Show is free but class fees are £1.50 per dog. Entries will be taken on the day from 10.30am with judging starting at 12.30pm. The winner and five runners up in each class will receive rosettes.
However, the fun isn’t just for the dogs! Practice your salute and bring the whole family down to enjoy the funfair, dog trade stands and plenty of refreshments. The Royal Marine Reserve, London Regiment, British Legion and Cadets from all three forces will be in attendance.
There is disabled access into the venue. Parking is available, however it is limited, so please use public transport.
The nearest train stations are Battersea Park and Queenstown Road. Buses that pass by or near the Park are: 19, 44, 49, 137, 156, 239, 319, 344, 345, 452.
