A FREE entry celebration of the Armed Forces. A huge showground event featuring have-a go displays and activities presented by armed forces units in and around Medway. Helicopter fly-in, military vehicles, Royal Engineers displays, Naval Forces area, military parade, arena displays, bandstand concerts, drive a digger, a giant fun fair, and much more. This year the Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment will be presenting extensive infantry displays as part of their Freedom of Medway weekend. This is an event for all age groups, bringing together as it does little toddlers right up to bemedaled veterans form right across the community.
