Reigate & Banstead Borough Council will be observing Armed Forces Day on Saturday 24 June with a service at Banstead War Memorial where Cllr James Baker, the Deputy Mayor will attend a flag raising service to commemorate our armed forces past and present.

The ceremony will take place at the Banstead War memorial and not at the Town Hall as usual because the service will also see the recently installed flagpole being used.

Banstead War Memorial is located on Banstead High Street at the junction of Park Road and Sutton Lane. Guests are asked to assemble at the war memorial by 10.45am with the service starting at 10.55am.
