Wreaths will be laid at the Cenotaph in Paisley to recognise the men and women who have served in the Armed Forces, both past and present.

A service will then take place in Paisley Abbey where the Lord-Lieutenant of Renfrewshire and the Provost of Inverclyde will complete short readings.

The Provost of Renfrewshire will then lead a prayer of intercession.

The Renfrewshire Schools Brass Band and the Inverclyde Schools Choir will also perform at the service.

Representatives from both local authorities, the Royal British Leagion Scotland- Paisley Comrades Branch, Argyll Association and 102 Field Company Royal Engineers will be present alongside residents and vistors to Renfrewshire to pay their respects.
