The event will start a 11am with a traditional Drumhead Services. This is a religious service which was held during battle to enable service personnel to honour their fallen comrades. There will be representation at the whole event from several areas of the armed services, plus the army and navy cadets. There will be entertainment throughout the day including singers, dancers and a local theatre group performing. There will be free inflatable rides and face painters for children. There will also be a real refurbished spitfire for people to have their photographs taken with.
