Wigan Borough Armed Forces Day celebrations will consist of stalls, fairground attractions, entertainment and military vehicles standings within Wigan Town Centre.
A large parade will take place allowing the public of the borough to show their support and thanks to both those who are serving and have served.
A staged concert of Armed Forces themed music and acts will take place throughout the day to provide
entertainment to those attending.
Local military units will be providing large scale displays to demonstrate their roles and capabilities.
