SSAFA have banded together with West Side Bid to organise and run this year’s AFD, to showcase the military associations, cadets and veterans in the area.

A parade of serving military men and women, veteran associations, cadet and MPCT accompanied by local pipe bands. There will be various displays and entertainment, and in the surrounding areas numerous stalls. It serves as an opportunity for the public to connect with the military and express solidarity with those who defend the nation.
