The Sunderland Armed Forces Weekend is a celebration of our city’s serving and veteran personnel.
Over the weekend there will be various performances from local dance troupes to the D Day Darlings and Yvonne the Vintage Vocalist. There will also be numerous military associations and charities attending and over 70 market stalls not including street food vendors. We will also have a fun fair and military vehicle enthusiasts and a visit from Darth Vader and his storm troopers and displays throughout the weekend from Historia Normanis who will set up a 13th century encampment.
