We will bestarting with a parade which will muster at Forest View and proceed along Station Road, finishing at The Green where a family day will be held in the grounds inside and outside the Library and Assembly Hall. The whole event will be free to the community. The parade will include Military personnel, Chelsea Pensioners, uniformed cadets, vintage military vehicles and pipe bands, standard bearers from the Royal British Legion and alsk mounted branch and vintage police vehicles, cadets and local MP’s, mayor of Waltham Forest, various other borough organisations.
The family event will start once the parade ends and will include fun family activities, various stalls, tug of war competition and a cadet demonstration and vehickes on show. Music and food and beverages. The parade starts at 11am and the whole event will finish at 6pm. The times listed are for the parade part of the day only.
