This is the 3rd year we have organised Armed Forces Day Falkirk. We have invited the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force, Military Families, Veterans, Tri-Cadet Forces and the communities. The event is an opportunity to bring the community together to thank our Armed Forces Community and our veterans. We have Military vehicles, military artefacts displays, Military Vehicle Group, Military Chartiies, Poppyscotland Bud Lorry, entertainment: Bands, Singers, Dancers, approx 40 stalls, Showground for kids, face painting, kids games, Fire Service. The VIP guest speakers will be His Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant Col Charlie Wallace, Elected MP/MSPs/Councillors. The past 2 years have been fantastic for the local community understanding and appreciation towards our Armed Forces. We also remember those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our Country. Local VIP singer Dionne Hickey will keep the crowds entertained all day.
