This learning and discussion event brings together members of the Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, reservists, veterans, spouses, partners, and families alongside NHS colleagues.

The focus is on how skills, adaptability, and ways of working developed through military life translate into NHS and public service roles, often in non-linear and unexpected ways, and what the NHS can learn in return.

Speakers will share personal experiences of working in the NHS or public services while serving, transitioning from the Armed Forces, or supporting military service as a spouse or family member. Perspectives shaped by relocation, dual careers, flexibility, and identity are particularly valued.

This is a learning and discussion event, not a recruitment activity.
