It is to Celebrate our armed forces for all they do to keep our country safe they and there families we owe them our lives and our freedom.
we hope to have a full military parade and to get the families something to represent them and to show we appreciate those who serve and the families strength.
why I want to put on a Armed forces day.
in 2025 we attended a Armed forces Day and it was nothing like we thought it would be so we decided to have one of our own.
Information date, timings, where, when, for the armed forces.
Programme of entertainment, day event, Parade, stage and display area, Refreshments and food, Military Village and Family area, Games and rides – free games and pay on the day rides.
military vehicles, Riders Branch of the RBL, stalls, bands, recruitment areas, Guests and Dignitaries, Day time, Evening time and over night event too.
Tommy sleepout with an area to put up a camping area to raise money for our veterans to get them off the streets and give them the respect they deserve.
we will endeavour to arrange to get amenities such as PA Systems, Military Photographer, Road Closures, marshals, toilets, water stations for helpers, first aid/lost children, tables and chairs, standing with giants display, Stage, Decorations – bunting flags food boxes for children, RBL bunting

Posters, Social Media, posters, Leaflets, witney and BFBS Radio, Town council and businesses to help support the day.
we will give maps to people registering with us on directions, b& B’s if not camping.
Tickets may be on sale before and on the day. ????
