Bringing the Beat: Military Bands Live will see Liverpool City Council, in partnership with Liverpool BID Company, host a Beating Retreat ceremony on Saturday 27 June on Castle Street as part of the national Armed Forces Week programme. Beginning at 13:00, the event will feature a combined performance of up to 70 musicians led by The Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment Band and the Liverpool Scottish Pipes and Drums, celebrating and honouring the Armed Forces community.
