A public event to celebrate and mark Armed Forces Day in Northampton as part of the nationwide commemorations.
This year’s event will be taking place back on the Market Square.
NTC are hopeful that there will be a return of a military parade through the town following a three year halt due to regeneration works.
NTC host this event along side support from the RBL
The event will feature:
Live musical entertainment from a singing group, a military band and traditional brass band.
Speeches from Dignitaries, Armed Forces Personnel and Veterans.
The event will be hosted by local radio station.
Military organisations/charities and community group stalls.
Military display static vehicles and emergency service display vehicles.
Enthusiasts/Reenactors to engage with the public and share information.
Face painting & Balloon Modelling for the little ones.
