Armed Forces Day at the Rochdale Society of Model & Experimental Engineers (RSMEE) is a family‑friendly community celebration honouring our veterans, serving personnel, and the wider Armed Forces community.
Held at Springfield Park, Rochdale, the event brings together local families, cadet groups, community organisations, and supporters for a full day of activities, displays, and entertainment.

Visitors can enjoy:

Miniature train rides (£1.50 per person)

Performances from a Brass Band

Displays by (ACF) Corps of Drums

Cadet activities and interactive demonstrations

Drill displays, parade elements, and community engagement

and much more throughout the day

The event runs from 11am to 4pm on Sunday 28th June 2026
