Salford City Council will again be supporting Salford’s Armed Forces Day to show our support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving armed forces personnel, reservists, veterans, cadets and service families.

We are planning a number of fun activities ranging from small children’s rides, face painting, climbing wall, magician and lots of other entertainment. Forming part of the event will be a Parade; starting from Dukes Drive Car Park, off Parrin Lane, Monton, Eccles @ 10.30am, concluding at Winton Park, Dover Street, Winton.
