Armed Forces Day is celebrated each year in a different region of Wales, bringing communities together to recognise and thank our Armed Forces. The event is delivered in partnership with local authorities, the Welsh Government, the tri-services, and a range of supporting organisations.

In 2026, Carmarthenshire will host Wales’ National Armed Forces Day on 27 June at Pembrey Country Park. This family-friendly event invites the public to show their support for the Armed Forces community.

Planned in collaboration with senior representatives from the Army, Navy, and RAF, the day will offer a packed programme of activity. Visitors can look forward to an exciting range of military displays and demonstrations.
